Dang am I jealous!!! I didn't know you had all that promotional material too! I could stare at this for days. If this were in my house, I'd be late trying to go anywhere on time because I'd have to stop and stare for at least 2 minutes every time I passed it.

Now that I think about it, there's something that bugs me a bit... when playing the old MGS (since I know for a fact you don't own an MSX, we ALL know what that means when it comes to play the first 2 games) games, WHAT version do you plug in your consoles? I see you own easily about 2-3 copies of each...
Just wondering, that's all.

Well, I got a couple of copies of each game. The ones on the shelf are the ones I played with originally, but shortly after I got copies. After that I play the copies, not the ones I bought "on day one".
On a related note, I prefer to play the PS2 version of the MSX2 games on my PS3. The sharpeness is AMAZING! The colors are so crisp and vibrent! However, I prefere to play the 3D games on their respective systems since the sharpness upgrade of the PS3 hinders their appearance.
I thought about getting an MSX, but I just don't see that happening for two games I play so rarely.

I still can't get over how insanely big this collection is. Every time I look at it, I see something new I didn't see before.

I got a new item about a month back. May very well be my final piece of the collection. The Figumate Sweet Snake set. Yeah, the strange one! This collecting forum has some good shots and I'm too lazy to photo myself: diesnake.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=731

You know they have those 12" Snake dolls too. Bet they would beat the snut out of any Kens you might own...

I have no Kens. It's a womans world here. Men are somewhere crying to a simple woman who will listen to them. =p

My buddy down at the game store has a copy of Metal Gear for the (I'm pretty sure) Famicom...I think...It's in Japanese and it's just the cartridge for MG1. If you are interested in it I can get it at a decent price (25$).
