Are you sure. Solid Snake might not have the same abilities as Big Boss in that area, he hasn't in previous games.

Why even speculate about this now? Hideo Kojima, as of yet, won't design MGS4.

At the risk of starting a major MGS minute-detail fight, I have to say: hasn't Snake always had, at the very least, a form of CQC in all of the games? Maybe it wasn't as complex in MGS 1 and 2 as it was in 3, but Snake WAS fighting in close quarters in both of them, and there's no reason to believe that he won't be doing that in 4.

Kempnerius got a point there. If I remember right, Miller (Liquid) said to Snake that he could and should use Close Quarters Battle (CQB) in some cases. ;D

Don't really know why I quoted your post at the moment, but why they picked such a comonly used term for the fighting stances is beyond me. (Close quaters combat) And he probably did say "CQC".

CQC is a very broad term encompassing lots of fighting styles. I just meant Solid Snake won't know the same as the version his father and The Boss developed. I recken There will be a different form of CQC in the next game

No, Stryder, you wiseass. I wrote CQB because that was the exact words of Master Miller (Liquid Snake) in Metal Gear Solid for PSX!! Close Quarters COMBAT.
