Well, the MGS3 figure list is as follows:
I. Kubricks:
1. Squares Cammo - limited to 500.
2. Olive Drab Cammo - given out at the game opening in Japan. Limited to maybe 200.
3. Tiger Stripe Cammo - exlusive to the Extreme Box set.
4. Cold War Cammo - limited to 2500, I think.
II. 12" Medicom figures:
1. Tiger Stripe cammo - limited to 1000.
2. Squares Cammo with Skull face paint - limited to 500.
3. Tiger Stripe with Croc hat - limted to 1000.
III. Exclusive:
1. Shagohod model - exclusive to the Premium Package.
I got them all right now. The last two of the Medicom figures have just been shipped and I should get them by next week. And the Cold Wat Kubrick is on preorder for next month.
