Who is your favorite Boss character in the series thus far?
For me it would have to be Vulcan Raven. He is the pinnacle of what a video game boss character should be. Big, bad, and a nasty gun. At 6'10 he is by far the most intimidating foe in the series. I know the Pain is big guy, but he's no Raven.

I personally like Raiden VS Solidus at Federal Hall... The whole sword fight thing just rocks.

I have to say, Revolver Ocelot. His personality and how he plans everything out is superb. The connections he has with the higher ups and his revolver techniques also make him a very special character.

Lets see since Gray Fox was in the boss fights in MG1,2, MGS1, in my opinion he was the coolest boss fight specialy in MGS1 with the Katana and stealth.

He wasn't a boss in MG1, he was a prisoner. He never fights in that game. You save him and then you never see him again.

My mistake, that is in MG2 that he pilots the Metal gear as a boss battle, right AG?

Yes, in MG2 he pilots Metal Gear D and then fights Snake hand to hand in a mine field.
