from the looks of it, it looks like it has aspects of Ray and Rex, but built for urban environments, it looks 1/4 the size but is agility and speed to be up to par with the larger ones, but i seriously doubt these models are the FINAL metal gear in the game, these are just drone AI controlled for hunting Snake, i also believe this MGS will be in china, mainly because weve heard so much has forshadowed it and been to USA and USSR patriot soil, except for China, and as Eva said, china will soon rival the other philsophers in weapons etc, so maybe this is the Chinese Metal Gear variation, it may be wrong but any guess isnt a wrong guess at this point

These MG are "Gekkou", translated as " Moonlight". Half metal and halforganic, you can defeat them by shooting the (organic) legs.

"Aside from the war zone that we've just shown [in the trailer], Snake will infiltrate other war zones throughout the world." TSOBB, as Kojima states the whole world has become our playground. I think we will see a lot more weapons like that Metal Gear Gekkou. GameSpot interview with Kojima. It's like I'm the news reporter around here. I guess nobody would have noticed that interview if I didn't tell.

Who actually cares about Metal Gear anymore? The situations involving MGs in the games are just threads to attach human drama on to.

Their might not even be a conspiracy to stop a new Metal Gear by now. This is years later, I'm sure Snake is gonna have much more epic goals. Stopping the Patriots, for instance. Remember, this game is gonna tie up the storyline once and for all. Snake will be all over the world and doing a lot more than demolishing a giant mechanized battle machine. The ones we saw in the trailer have actual organic legs! Imagine what else the Patriots have in store if this is commonplace!

Yeah. With the crash landing of Arsenal a world war could've started again. But nobody uses nuclear weapons. All countries stick to Metal Gear.

well we all know that the metal gear project is the patriots most valued project, and the metal gears are weapons, so maybe thats why its called "Guns Of The Patriots"

Yeah maybe since every single country had a Metal Gear because of AG crash land in NY, now there are so many that Snake can't destroy them all.

I don't like the subtitle very much.
And I'm sure the story will tie everything up nicely. Only problem I see is that Kojima won't be the main-writer.
