I don't see what people have against Snakes hair, it isn't even a mullet from my definition. I reckon it looks pretty good (100 times better than the others they chose), don't see how they could rank it number 1

The mullet is a way of saying "If you don't stop staring at this mullet, I gonna WHOOP YOUR PANSY ASS"
I acually have a copy of a 2001 edition of PSM where there is a joke column about a codec conv. between Otacon and Snake. It goes something like this: "Snake, you and I have been good partners, and we have had a great career. But there is one thing. You gotta loose the mullet. From recent experiences, it doesn't work well with the ladys..." I feel too lazy to get my box of old VG magazines and find it.
