Ok, so I am playing on Easy as opposed to Original.
I beat Red Blaster and I found the carrier pidgeon. Now I need to call Marv. The only problem is I don't know his transmitter number. The Soup says its 140.41 and some faq says its 140.51. I tried them both but neither worked! WTF?
I have got past this part before, but now its giving me problems.
