And Ocelot being the son of The Sorrow has been official since the release of MGS3!
And why would they change stuff? That's dumb. It's one thing if in the comics we could follow Snake when he fights Olga and stuff like that, but why change what has already happened on screen? If they change stuff like that, then I won't buy this comic.
And don't turn this into "I hate Raiden" and stuf like that, because that's not the point. You don't change stuff like that, Kojima, that is dumb, dumb and dumb.
