I know that I'm in a minority here in terms of wrestling fans, but you all should see this clip. As I've said before, Hulk Hogan is my all time favorite superstar. And about a month ago he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. But the fans were relentless, chanting "One More Match". So he is back this Sunday for that. Look at the promo clip here: www.wwe.com/Click on the Hogan segment in the center. He's old, but the fans still love him more than any other star. Plus he's still in great shape!

I liked Hulk Hogan. He has that old school badass about him. He doesn't need all those background stories and bullsh*t that all these other wrestlers have.

Well, the Hall of Fame ceremony was the night before WrestleMania 21. And due to the fan response to Hogan, they did give him a small part at the WM event. Eugene, a retarded character and fan favorite, was in the ring talking about how happy he was to be at the event. Then Hassan and Davari came out and attacked him. Hogan ran out, to a huge ovation from the crowd and made the save.
Then Hassan and Davari feuded with Shawn Michals for 2 weeks when he asked for Hogan to come back. Last Monday, and Madison Square Garded, Hogan came out to help HBK. Now the two of them will face Hassan and Davari at Backlash this Sunday.

It wasn't back in Hogan's day. When he was running the show in his red and yellow gear, there was some dignity left in it.

Personally, I think it is just a start to a big match up. They had this type in 2002 when Hogan came back and had the match with The Rock at WrestleMania X8. But they only had 1 month of storyline going into it. This, I think makes it a start to a long, and good rivalry.
Think about it. HBK doesn't have any feuds or anyone to acutally have a feud with. And they won't make a big time team-up of two of the greatest ever to fight Hassan and Davari (2 nobodies). I mean, both Hogan and HBK can take them by them selfs. This is all a start to something else.
Hogan and HBK will lose this Sunday due to some accident or one turning on the other. This will do 2 things. One, it will put Hassan and Davari on the map. And two, it will set up a good feud between Hogan and HBK. And why not? Hogan fought Rock and Triple H. Why not HBK? He was a WWF lead in the early 90's, prior to Stone Cold.
This way they'll have a good feud which would colminate in a big time match (hopefully at Summerslam, and not some "nothing" PPV). And Hogan will have that "last" match that could trully be remember fondly with a fellow icon.

WOW, you really got it figured out don't you. You sure now a lot more about WWF then me. But since were talking about WWF let me ask a question, has Hogan ever fought with Kane or The Undertaker? Since Kane and The Undertaker are my favorite wrestlers. If he did, I will try to download it somewhere.

You can get the first 2 Hogan/Taker matches on the Jukebox on wwe.com.
These are the matches:
I. 1991 Survivor Series (Hulk Hogan vs The Undertaker). Taker gave Hogan the tombstone and Hogan just poped right back up and hulked up. Flair came down to interfere and distracted Hogan. Taker got him in another tombstone and Flair slid a chair into the ring. Tombstone on the chair and pin. Taker won the belt.
II. 1991 Tuesday in Texas (Hogan vs Taker 2). Just 2 days after the Survirvor Series match Hogan and Taker had the rematch. This time, Hogan took out Flair and opened up Taker's urn. He blinded him with the ashes and pinned him to get his champtionship back.
III. 2002 SmackDown! (Hogan/Rock/Kane vs NWO). Hogan turned good after his match with the Rock at WMX8. He teamed up with Kane and Rock to fight the NWO of Nash, Hall, and X-pock. This was the last SmackDown before the brand separation.
IV. 2002 Judgement Day (Hogan vs Taker 3). Hogan gave Taker the legdrop but Taker kicked out at 2. So Hogan gave him another boot and another legdrop. Vince McMahon came down to distract Hogan and Taker got a chair shot and a chokeslam to get the pin. Taker won the Undesputed title.
Those are it. There was never a Kane vs Hogan match, they were on the same side. And it was damn funny to see Kane immitate Hogan in the locker room. "The millions and the millions of the Rock's fans. The thousands of Hulkamaniacs. And the dozens of Kanyanites!". That was a good match, I really like that team up since I like Hogan, Rock, and Kane.

Thanks AG! I'm trying to download them right now. The best match I ever saw was The Undertaker VS Mankind in the Hell in a Cell match. ;D I will never forget that match in my life! When The Undertaker and Mankind where on top of the cell and that The Undertaker threw Mankind down and he landed on that table I thought he was going to die... What's your favorite match?

Hogan vs Rock was the epitemy of past vs present, young vs old. That would be probably one of my all time favorites. Hogan vs Andre was a great match. Most think it was slow, but given all the facts it was great. Andre was very sick at the time, so I give the match lineancy.
Hogan vs Andre will go down as probably the greatest ever. Not in terms of technical quality, but in the setup. 93,173 fans filled the Silverdome for that match. WM3 was sold primarely on the strength of the main event. Not other event comes even close. WMX8 with Hogan vs Rock is second with 68,000. Hogan/Andre ousold the Rolling Stones, and even the Pope could not fill the Silverdome as much as they did.
