Now check this out, under the DCMA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) I think I may be able to contest this.

Uhm, if I put up information saying copyright 2004-2005 Metal Gear Confidential, that would DEFINITELY be claiming the material as my own and therefore DEFINITELY going against the DMCA.

No, I'm saying I can't copyright someone else's material that is already copyrighted. That's what this whole thing called "copyright infringement" is. I cannot copyright those trailers or music. The rest of my content is copyrighted by myself.
