That's a question maybe they should answer. You can put the little copyright sign next to them, that doesn't mean they're copyrighted by Metal Gear Source. By saying that the trailers are copyrighted by Metal Gear Source, they are actually breaching copyright law while I am not. I'm sure if Konami found out, they'd serve them papers as well just like they did to me.
