There are several, small features that I really like as an admin. They did improve it. I won't go into describing the little stuff here and there, but it is far better and user friendy than before.

Because it's little stuff and I don't want to go through explain what the forum did and what it does now.
But here's a small example:
Go in the members section. Before, you could only see the top 20 in terms of posts. Now it'll give you a full list. This makes my job a lot esier in deleting 0-post accounts. Before I had to go through all the pages one by one. Now, all the 0=poster are on the last page. Makes it a lot faster.
