There just isnt a big MGS hype right now. Yah, it's all fantastic that MGS4 is coming for the PS3, but MGS just isnt what it used to be. All kinds of different games are coming out that people pay more attention to. Like me for example, I like Shadow of the Colossus a million times better than MGS3, or any MGS game. That's just the way it is. MGS may be still alive, but the light on the candle is slowly fading away.

Maybe after MGS4 there will be some more speed going on here but after that...I doubt there will be aything to talk about. AG will probably keep MGF up to date but after that, I don't know about this forum.

I think you knew the answer to this already before you even posted it. You can't expect interest to remain at peak levels and for people to post just for the sake of keeping the board going. They have to have stuff to talk about, and I can go days on here before actually posting on a subject I find interesting enough to participate in. If there's no MGS action or news, people will eventually just run out of stuff to say. Not totally run out, just slow to a snail's pace.

we all hit our ruts, when another trailer is released, it will be totally different, my forum has had a medium pase for the past weeks, it happens

Granted, the MG world is slow, bu there are other sections of the board that aren't MG related.
Anyway, I'm game to whatever to make this place run a little faster.

I dont want to sound like an a-hole or anything but the reason why people dont post much is because there isnt much to talk about, not because you dont post.

Yeah, I used to think that, but that notion is wrong. It is proven EVERY time I don't post full time. It seems that new topics slow down for some reason. I mean, there are other forum sections, not MG related. What's the problem? There's gotta be something else that we all can agree on besides MG.
