anyone getting this in 2 weeks? i hear the muiltiplayer will have up to 8 modes, including deathmatch, which will randomly drop the players across the city to hunt down and kill each other lol, there will be alot of differences in the city, like the one big bridge from portland to stanton island is under contruction, just about everything you seen in GTAIII will be in it, even train rides around the city, boats, just no planes supposedly, but maybe R* will suprise us, they cut out some random weather effects like fog, has a good selection in weapons, far better then GTAIII, including a minigun, there will be motorbikes which most ppl know, and a somewhat new selection in vehicles, it is shipped on the 24th of this month and will be sold in 25th, got mine reserved and payed for already

I'm getting it. It looks pretty cool. THe multiplayer only allows for up to 6 people though. But this is SLC, Utah and I'm the only guy in the state who has a PSP so it doesn't matter.

BTW about the muliplayer.....is it game sharing compatible? Or does everyone have to have a version of LCS. Even though, LCS still looks awesome. All the action of the previous GTA games that were only avaliable at home, can now be taken anywhere!

If not, there are some hacks out there that will allow it anyway, so no need to worry.

as far as i know yes, u need lcs and another psp, i know it can be wireless and stuff, but idk if you cud go wireless or hook it up to the internet and play with other like that, idk if R* mentioned it or not

Ah, It doesn't really matter since out of all my friends only one has PSP. For one: Multiplayer with 2 people is really boring. 2: His parents won't let him get a game with that much blood and violence and language and sexual inneuendo.

if it was pc online muiltplayer, it would solve alot of problems, since no friends of mine have one, its just another gta, 1 player = /

25 To Life, the GTA/Mercenaries mix is trying to execute online gameplay with gang-wars and extreme violence. GTA had the capability to do this when SA came out. Now they're only stating to add muliplayer with more than 2 players.

Besides, there would a sh*tload of geeks that would use leet talk and be annoying. Unless there is a limit of how many players would play online, the idea should be scrapped. Like if there was about 12-16 players on a moderately sized map it would be interesting.
