This game looks interesting. Taking Sonic's darkside and giving it a gun. Only thing that is stupud about this game is that it looks as violent as GTA without the blood, yet it's rated E 10.  |

If it's on PS2/Xbox I'll give it a try. I've always loved Sega and I think they get dogged on way too much.

As far as I know it's gonna be on all the consoles. PS2, Xbox, and Gamecube.

*gags* Why'd give him a gun? Why does everyone think now that giving the main character a gun would make the game good? Geez.. I'd never get this game even if it was a gift. I'll wait for another Sonic game instead.

Don't jump to conclusions. I bet you haven't even played the game. Even though I'm praising it right now, I might despise it later. And besides, If putting gun gameplay in the game will make the game more fun, then it will appeal to a larger audience and rack in more money and give the maker more noteriety. Besides, the reason everyone is looking forward to this game is because the character has the gun.

You can download any game and just burn it onto a CD, and viola! Like I said, I'd rather wait for another Sonic game than playing this one. |

I know I havent played it, but the fact that they gave him a gun doesnt just grab my attention, I wanna play a good ol' sonic game where you're not popping bad guys with a gun. I just think it's a disgrace to Sonic. A sonic game where you drive cars and use guns instead of running and spinning....their losing the part that made the game a classic... and I hate that. It's like turning MGS into a racing game.  |

Well, It's not even Sonic. It's Shadow. Shadow is not Sonic. Lets have an example: Halo. If you took Master Chief out of Halo, would it still be Halo? No. Another example. MGS: If you took Solid Snake AND Otacon out of MGS, would it be MGS? No.

Well, It's not even Sonic. It's Shadow. Shadow is not Sonic. Lets have an example: Halo. If you took Master Chief out of Halo, would it still be Halo? No. Another example. MGS: If you took Solid Snake AND Otacon out of MGS, would it be MGS? No. It's still a Sonic game, even though he isnt in it. And you can take out Master Chief out of HALO and it would still be HALO. Silent Hill; different characters on every game and it's still Silent Hill. MGS3, it doesnt have Solid Snake (except for Snake vs Monkey) and it doesnt have Otacon, and it's STILL MGS. Think before you type, cause you're not seeing my point. It isnt about who's in the game, it's about the gameplay. |

What if this game's gameplay IS fun. What if it's BETTER than Sonic The Hedgehog? It probably won't. Meh, what's the use. I guess it just isn't your style. Sorry for trying to prove you wrong.

I wasnt trying to prove you wrong, and I wasnt trying to prove me right. It was just opinion. Yes, it could turn out as one bad-ass fast paced shooting action game, but it just isnt what I like in Sonic games. Like you said, it's all about style.
