Yeah okay so it loaded for me.
It's letting me chose English or Japanese and it's playing city noises in the background.
I'm about to hit English.
*wait*
Still nothing. A broom swept away the English and Japanese options after I hit English and now its just playing the city sounds still.

It just said Macromedia Player Required. Tried downloading, then it crashed.
EDIT: Now every time I try to visit that site it say Cannot Find Server! Holy f...ck! Server Overload!

I have the plugin yet nothing...and I love being an moron infront of the PC screen...that and 6 Billion other MG fans. >_<
Update: I think there updated there E3 site.

The trailer is not online yet.
It let me go past the english screen and it gave you a lok at MG games (including that Ops stuf)

I really wish that was a code we could use.
Funny that there is no way to turn off the sound button at the E3 Konami site...telling us there still uploading and updating.
