Angelina Jolie as Catwoman... I can see that happen.
Crispin Glover replacing Ledger as the Joker? Well, he is already crazy himself... but it's too soon to tell if he (Joker) is even going to appear in B3.

There's still a large pool of Batman villians to choose from. Harley Quinn, Clayface, there's alot.

Not as many as you think. Most of them are too obscure to be in a realistic movie. For example, Nolan already said that a character like Penguin can’t be used because of the style of these movies. So, ClayFace, Killer Crock, Poison Ivy... that’s all out. It’ll likely be The Riddler and Catwoman. I’m still pushing for Mr. Freeze though. I like him as a villain and he CAN be made realistic. Besides, we need another villain that can challenge Batman physically. So far Ra’s Al Ghul is the only villain to physically challenge Bats. Scarecrow, Joker, Two Face... they’re really aren’t a match for the Bat suit.
