I remember that I was in 5th grade when that show came out in the U.S. Me and my friend were like, 10 turning 11 and saw the previews for it before it debuted and I remember clearly we both looked at each other, secretly gauging our level of interest in what we saw. Then we both just went, "Eh, I don't know." I decided then and there that it was "too kiddy" for me, I guess. I was amazed that 11 and 12 years olds were into Power Rangers at all.

I was a yr. old in 1993! I loved them though as I grew up. I used to be upset at Birthday Parties because the boys would get the Power Ranger figures for prizes and girls would get silly rings and braclets.
My ex 20 yr. old bf thinks he is a Power Ranger. =/

For me it was the first show ever where I prefered the bad guy. During season one, Jason the Red Ranger was my favorite character. Mid though season 2 the actor left the show and the main villain drew my attention. I still say that Lord Zedd was one of the best designed villains ever! Oh, and I can't forger Kimberly the pink ranger... Man... she was just...  Just what the doctor ordered! |
