Yep. This particular version of the board has been operating since 2003. MGF in general has been around since 2001. No downtime in 8 years. Nobody else got that.  Nope! Sure isn't! ;D |

Not anymore. Used be a busy place. In fact, it was actually rather busy around the MGS4 release. But since then, things have slowed down. Did you know that this place was the origin for the Snake Soup? Ravi used be a regular on these boards back in the day.

Hi Julia, welcome to the boards. I've been modding here since, oh I dunno, about 2003. I'm the resident philosph- um...essayist and verbal smackdown guy here. Ha ha. If you look around, you might see some of my essays on here. I generally spend too much of my thinking time pondering the world of MGS and its characters. I used to actively run Metal Gear Confidential, but haven't been in a position to update it in a while. Funny, there isn't a post your pic thread, but you could start one.

I talk alot, and I hardly know much of MGS, even though I have over 8000 posts on another mgs forum...>.>
I see you are from Virginia? I live in Philadelphia. My dad travels to the Navy base in Virginia and loves that bridge tunnel..Ive not been..but hear it is a beautiful state.
