Where to Place Spies

Once you capture enough soldiers, your gonna notice that alot of them have spy unit abilities. As you progress through the game, place more spies in the areas where there seem to be more weapons or supplies likely to be found. Place your best spies into the area where this seems so.

Don't put two of the same people in the same area. For example, If you have two item mappers in the independent section, don't put both of them in the Supply Depot. This conserves men and is more efficient in finding useful items.

I seem to find cool stuff in the following areas


Airport
Warhead Storage
Docks
Research Lab
Medical Facility
Security Base

Look around and try to find some cool stuff.

Those are good locations, but the Spy system is much more simple than you think.

Truthfully if you can accumilate at least 1 serveryor for each of the areas you are good. That's really all you need. If you can get some arms dealers that would help you get some weapons as well.

Hmmm Black Snake, elaborate on the cool stuff you get, because I have the strategy guide and it pretty much tells me where all the weapons and extra equipment are, if thats what you mean then I havent missed anything for example like the special shotguns, or machine guns and even the bodyarmor.
Is that what you mean?

Well not the basic equipment like bullets, regular weapons, you can put spies anywhere and get that. I mean like finding the Mosin Nagant in the Warhead Storage, RPG-7 in the docks I believe (can't remember) or Body Armor like you said.

Awww ok ok so I did know then what you were talking about. but uhh yea, you know what hell you get better stuff from your technical staff then you do from finding it on the different levels...also I have a question for anyone who can answer it lol anyway....does your technical staff create other things if they are at 100%? or do they just create the same stuff just alot faster?.

I think you get stealth camouflage if you beat the game with a Technician Level of 99.
