I'm reworking my old YouTube account to make it a large collection of Metal Gear trailers. I have a whole lot, many I ripped off the large collection of DVD's I have. As the result, they won't have those pesky IGN or GameSpot logos. This is especially vital for old MGS2 trailers that are hard to find. So if anyone wants to link up with that channel, please do. Here's the link: www.youtube.com/user/liongearI got MGS1, MGS2, MGS3, and MGS4 trailers up so far. Will be adding more later. Added a button on the main page of the site too.

Hey, I like this...never realized that there was an early Pre-1997 demo trailer out there.
What's your favorite trailer? I have so many awesome memories from them. I never saw the original MGS1 trailer before the game came out, but the MGS2 ones stick out to me for their music...then, I remember there being a leaked E3 trailer that hit the net with the partial early gameplay footage of MGS3 back in about '02-early '03. I was psyched and there were debates as to whether that was a real leaked trailer or what... ah... those days were glorious.

That's why I'm putting all this together. Those trailers where such a big part of being a fan. Waiting for the next one... catching every second... theorizing... Good times. For me NOTHING will ever mean more than the E3 2000 debut trailer of MGS2. 10 minutes... on dial-up... all night. That trailer made me decided to be a fan of the whole series. I can also make a heck of an argument that it was the most important trailer in video game history. MGS2 was the first game that every looked and played REAL! And the trailer was exactly like a big Hollywood premire. No game before that had that kind of treatment and that kind of a debut. It set the bar for the entire gaming industry and payved the way for what we see today.

Just finished the uploads. Most of the trailers will now show in 480p, straight rips from the DVDs. There are a handful that are with less quality. Those are not from DVD's and just taken from the files on my computer and past dowloads.
