Well, I dunno myself because, like I said before, I never played them. But, quite a few reviews gave it high scores! 3.5/5 - Metacritic 9/10 - Gamespot 6/10 - IGN 9/10 - Trusted reviews

I played Fahrenheit/ Indigo Prophecy. It was essentially an interactive movie. And not a very good one. Considering how David Cage presents himself as kind of the "savior" of gaming, his writing doesn't go beyond the Wachowski borthers... or siblings, nowadays.

I dunno, it's been a few years. Gameplaywise it essentially plays like an adventure. You move arround a room and interact with objects similar to games such as Monkey Island and Grim Fandango. Every once in a while there are quickttime events where king of four directions are assigned to the analog sticks. These are represented by blinking icons on the screen and you basically have to move the analog sticks to match the blinking directions. Storywise it's kind of a blend between Se7en, CSI and The Matrix. You play a guy who in trance killed a man on the restroom in a diner and you are trying to find out what happened. At the same time you play as the investigators, who are trying to find the killer. While this sounds interesting, it isn't really used to it's full potential and the later story involves really surrealist elements and even action scenes (= quicktime events), that are veeery reminiscent of The Matrix and Dragon Ball. I was entertained, but it is far from the best story I ever got in a game.

I dunno how this works, dude, you play as somebody else 'at the same time'?! How the f...ck does this mechanic work, whatever it is?!?

It's like Final Fantasy XIII - the game switchs between characters as you play. First you play as the killer for a segment, then as the investigators, then again as the killer and so on.
