Think back to MGS1 vs MGS2. Kojima directed MGS2 and it had the advantage of the PS2 superiority over the PSone. Still, MGS1 holds it's own, nobody can dispute that. Though MGS2 did improve on a lot of issues, it can never be said to be a "better" game than MGS1. And who are you exactly? Mr. Fact? Dude, opinions are not facts and vice versa.

I see it as this.
MGS3 was supposedly to be Kojimas last game and it's true!!
The recent announcement of MGS4 proved that too. The next game in a series doesn't nesscesarliy have to be better. It's gonna be on the PS3 so graphic wise isnt a matter.

Graphics honestly mean nothing in a game. I think FFXI Online proved that enough. The graphics were to die for, but the rest of the game was an utter disaster. Let's hope the same isnt true of MGS4. I do hope it uses the awesome lighting effects that Doom III took great advantage of.
