- Jailguard Johnny's Familytalk
- Reckless Boy (with The End)
I tried all possible ways I could to try to unlock those, but I just couldn't. And how much of the Familytalk-cut-scene was shown in the TGS 2004 MGS3 Trailer?

You can unlock the familytalk scene by throwing the food Johnny gives you back to him. Do that three times and the scene will play.
The TGS 2004 trailer showed about a half of that scene. Not sure, but close.
And I don't know how to unlcok Reckless Boy...

And how do I throw food at him? I actually tried to use the dispose function once. Is that the one? And do I have to stand somewhere special?

When he throws you food, it (should) appear in your weapon menu. Select the food, and throw it trough the hole in the cell door. Johnny will pick it up and eat it himself ;D

I believe you get Reckless Boy when The End sneaks up on you and shoots you in the head and takes you back to the prison at the Granin lab. I think you'll get that cutscene when you save during the fight and load it later.
There were so many cutscenes about The End so I'm not sure if Reckless Boy is the one where he sneaks up on you.

I think the one you're talking about is the one called "I'm Dissapointed". But I'm not sure either.

The Johnny and BB scene was real emotional to me for some reason.

The game "Snake's Nightmare" is unlocked by saving and reloading right after the torture scene. The scene in which The End shoots snake in the head is unlocked in the following way.
Get up onto a ciffside in Sokrovenno North where The End would easily be able to sneak up on you. Now just lay on the ground and look around in the trees with your sniper rifle like an idiot. Eventually you'll hear smone sneaking up behind you. Do not move. Stay still and you'll get a cutscene in which The End shoots Snake in the head with his Mosin Nagant and takes him away. You'll wake up in a nearby prison and will have to make your way back to The End.
