I call each person up to five times every time I enter a new area. I also try as many combinations as possible. Like, having the cigar equipped and calling the doctor, or having the Raiden-mask and calling Major Tom (and the doc of course).

In this game I was motivated more than ever to call someone, because Para-Medic probably has the most beautiful voice I've heard.
