This is just a theory:FoxDie didn't kill Snake but killed Liquid because Naomi,being a spy working for Liquid made it to kill the one with the dominant genes.Liquid had the dominant genes but thought Snake did so it killed him and not Snake.

Yes it did it said she was a spy for the terrorists.Liquid was in charge of the terrorists,therefore she was working for Liquid.

I suppose you mean bad guys when you say terrorists, right? Well, there's alot of bad guys involved in the Shadow Moses incident. Naomi was a spy for the Patriots. Well, not a "spy", but she was working for them.
The only one she supplied information to that was outside of the operation was Frank Jaeger. She gave him Snake's frequency.

No she works for the terrorists.It said she was caught sending codded messages to shadow mosses.The game had lots of proof that she was aspy for the terrorists.

I think the doctor is right. She was a spy but eventually turns good. Solid Snake isnt effected by FoxDie because the Patriots didn't want Snake dead. Why would they?
