in the Tanker Mission there is a magazine on the wall of the holds (? the room right after you see first see Vulcan's shadow ?).
when you shoot it, it explodes.
This was not on Substance but on the original MGS2 disc.

If your talking about the poster(coz i dont think its a magazine) it's in substance too.
When you walk out of the room with the raven toy to the door on the left.
As soon as u walk out look in front of you all they way to the other side and down to the bottom level and you will see the poster and it will explode.

Sometimes programmers like to put little tiny things into what they make as a "signature" of sorts. Word 98 (or 99, not fully sure) has this. If one were to hi-light the phrase "I want Bill Clinton impeached" the thesaurus would come up with "I'll drink to that". Programmers do wierd sh*t all of the time, this is probably just another case.

yeah i only found that out early this year, i also found another thing, there are ropes you can drop down and hang onto in that area too, the engine room, i seen em' in Twin Snakes too

you were standing right next to it, the place where you aim across to that picture that explodes, theres a rope that you can shimmy on, right over to next part of the room

i swear to you its there, look it up in a walkthru if you have to, its right after you come out of the room with the mini BB Raven in it, hop over the rails on your very right, then shimmy accross, it could be on the second landing cause i cant remember, but if you just look down from the first landing, you can see a line or a wire that goes straight over across to the other side
