Why would they promise these things, officially, and then take them away? That makes no sense.
The TTS/Ghost Babel and Snake in the Big Shell were fan rumors, they were NEVER officially promised by Konami. Ever.
All the things listed in the preview of Subsistence will be there.

I don't remember those being unofficial rumors, but I guess you're right.
Another question: Will MG and MG2 be the "mobile phone versions" with name changes and such, or the *original* versions?

I'll bet you anything it will the mobile phone updates. They wouldn't go through the trouble of adding things to them if they weren't going to release them and stick with the originals. Besides, Kojma made the changes, so I'de rather have the complete ones.

It said the origional Japanese versions not released out side of Japan, so they will probably be the origionals translated by Scott Dolph (I hope) or...NOT TRANSLATED AT ALL!!! AHHH!!!! Good thing I got that English to Japanese dictionary off Ebay...

They brought and updated both games last year for a reason folks. They will be translated, with full updates.

I know they will be translated, otherwise it would be silly. Updated? I dunno...but if it is, seeing as Kojima made the updates, I won't care too much, although I would always prefure the origional origionals...

Considering the updates are more like tweaks (Adding a new mode, new item. New artwork.) I am ok. But why did they have to change some character names...? :/

I dont think they will remove any of these features after all they were officially anounced by kojima productions.
