Anyone thought about this?
Liquid did die on MGS, but since Ocelot is The Sorrow's son, and The Sorrow had the power to speak with the dead, maybe Ocelot inherited(sp?) some freaky powers from his dad, that he doesn't know about, and that's what brought Liquid back to life when his arm was attached to Ocelot. I think that's a reasonable explanation.

Good observation that could explain why Liquid got caught up inside Ocelot and all.

I find that wrong.
"Why do you think I CHOSE Ocelot as my host?"--Liquid on top of MG RAY.
I don't think he died and I think he somehow went into Ocelot's arm because of him being The Sorroq and Joy's son but he was alive. He chose to do it.

That needs to be explained on MGS4, cause Solidus is the one who gave Ocelot the arm. Solidus never knew Liquid was alive, so if Liquid "chose" Ocelot, I doubt Solidus would've been like "Oh, he's alive? So he wants Ocelot's body? Ok then." Somehow I doubt it. Oh well, I'll stick to my "theory" that he did die.

Oh well, I'll stick to my "theory" that he did die. solidus knew that liquid was alive he was president during shadow moses and in the torture room in sons of liberty ocelot almost let liquid come out and then solidus said "its happeing more often know isnt it" or something like that |

i agree with liquiduz. i mean it's the most plausible explanation for liquid's inheritance into ocelot's arm. the sorrow had the capabilities to talk/raise the supernatural and i'm guessing liquid's spirit is still within ocelot's arm. hence why ocelot can transform to liquid at certain times. i'm guessing that it's not something that ocelot has learned to control since liquid came out during the tanker scene.
