GameFAQS is doing a countdown of the 10 greatest games of all time for it's 10th Anniversary. Metal Gear Solid for the PlayStation landed into eight!!!! Some good news!

Almost every magazine or game site I've ever seen that's compiled an all time greatest list has Metal Gear Solid either at #1 or #2, or no lower than #3. And NEVER beyond 5. IGN just did one of these a month ago, and I think Metal Gear Solid won it.

Well, MGS is definetly the best, or at least in the top 3, of the greatest PSone games, but not of all time. I mean, I can see number 10 being a good spot for it in terms of "best of all time games". There's some major classics that can go infront of it.
Can you post the list?

That was MGS3. Yesterday, on the front page of the site, #8 was MGS for greatest games of all time. If you visited gamefaqs yesterday, you would have seen that.

well gamefaqs has bad things like that, ESPECIALLY with their voting polls, i think some of those voters have no central nervous system or sumthin, like sonic the hedgehog beating snake ~_~ .....MGS#1 accept no substitutes
