Extreme vs EuroExtreme

I know this has probably been answered already, but this has been bugging me and I can't find the answer on the forums.

Is there a difference between Extreme and European Extreme in Subsistence besides ending the game when you get caught? In SOL, AI in Euro had a farther range of vision than Extreme. Is this still the case? Thanks.

PS - Can I change the casing of my Forum Name? That lowercase "i" is irritating me.

actually I don't know. either way, it's annoying. Not fun to play.

euroextreeme is heaps harder than extreeme.
but absolutley pointless to finish.

The reason I ask bout the comparison is I am gonna try to get everything for the highest difficulty (Stealth, camos, etc.). However, as much as I like Euro, there would be no point to have Infinite Face paint if I can't unload on soldiers without ending the game. Plus, I want to get FoxHound rank.

Eruo Extreme I like because it doesn't let you have to deal with losing a ton of ammo/cure items and trying to waste time with Alert modes. Adds more scare, knowing you made a sound and 5 guys are gonna screw your record just only to look at you =P; I like it.

I just can't see how people can have fun with those Extremes. To me it's just as pointless as the Easy modes. How can you enjoy the game if you can't even get into an occasional scuffle? And I mean on purpose.
