This is a tough one for me... Now that I can win with just CQC, I really love the fight with The Boss. But I'm also a big fan of the MG2 fight and the MGS fight. Don't care much for the MGS2 fight.
MG2 MGS MGS3
Those are my top 3. But I have to pick just one... I would still have to go with the Snake vs Liquid. To this day that fight gives me trouble. I can master all others, but that one I still tend to strugle with from time to time.

The Boss vs Naked Snake.
Such a gorgeous fight and the Snake Eater theme that ques at the 5 minute mark... Not to mention it is an epic battle and always makes you feel good when you beat it.

Solid Vs Liquid is definately my favourite final fight, A fun simple challanging battle. Liquid has defeated me more times than any other Metal Gear Boss.

Snake vs. The Boss. It's just really fun. MG2 with the Lighter and Aerosol Spray are fun too. MGS1 fight is good too.

Just hearing ''Have at you, Snake!" from Liquid just made me felt that a duel I could not turn down.

I picked The Boss vs. Naked Snake. Whereas both the fight between Solid and Liquid was just as climactic, the fight against The Boss was much more difficult, and more emotionally heavy.

Well... I can't say that the Boss fight was more difficult than the Liquid fight. If you are good with CQC you can take her out fast and easy. Liquid still gives me trouble from time to time.

Imaginitive, yes... dramatic... NO. The greatest warrior of the 20th century get's wasted by a can of hairspray... Kinda takes the edge of a bit.
