So? It's not against the law to own MP3s of the Metal Gear Solid 3 soundtrack. Giving them away to me without Konami's consent (Which he hasn't done) is what would be considered illegal.

And on topic again: most soundtracks of the games are available on torrent sites. Just look around a little and you'll find them...
I used to download them from Aumaan, but that site's been shut down. Too bad.
