For a game no one likes...

When people first heard that MGS4 was announced, people were skeptical.

"MGS4? It should of stopped at 3!"
"Stop milking!"
Ect.

But now look, for a game no one likes, it's the only thing everyone is talking about.

Not me though. I've been anticipating MGS4

I must admit defeat... At first I was very sceptical too... But for me it was the announcement that came too early. I just didn't think they could live up to people's expectations... But hell, look at the project now. Barely a year ago production started and things are already looking this great! Man, I can't wait!!!!

Well, if you think about it, this time they didn't give us enough time like before.

E3 1997 - MGS debut
Fall 1998 - MGS release

E3 2000 - MGS2 debut
Fall 2001 - MGS2 release

E3 2003 - MGS3 debut
Fall 2004 - MGS3 release

E3 2005!!!! - MGS4 debut

That's a little too soon! The very first trailer of MGS4 should've just been shown now, this E3, not a year ago. At the time, it did seem to rushed and people were against it. Especially since at first we didn't know who would direct it.
