I wonder what kind of bosses we can expect in Guns Of The Patriots? Somehow I think it will be more like the Metal Gear 1 and Metal Gear 2 setting. In those two games you face various mercenaries. In the Solid games thus far we see organized units (FOXHOUND, Dead Cell, Cobra Unit) as the opposition. I think that in MGS4 it will go back to the series roots with not specific unit or organization. And we already know that we’ll have the Liquid Ocelot fight (could be fun mixing those two styles together), Vamp, and naturally a BIG Metal Gear (hopefully the Marine RAY). I also think that a fight with Raiden would be amazing. Not only would be cool conceptually with a great tribute to the Snake vs Fox fight in MGS1, but it will be satisfying for all fans that wanted Snake to kick Raidens ass in MGS2.

i really don't think the fight with snake and raiden would be formatted into gameplay, simply because kojima wants to redeem raiden.
regarding boss fights, i think we'll see another fight with vamp, because his ability to escape death has yet to be explained

I don't see how having a fight with Snake would hurt Raiden. Look at Gray Fox.

i'm thinking vamp will return as more of an ally/wildcard type deal.
