So, what do you think what kind role our bisexual buddy is gonna have on MGS4? Out of the first MGS4 poster, he (alongside Big Boss) was the only one not featured in the trailer. Hideo-san is surely gonna suprise us with him. So, theories people? I know it's early, but it's fun to hear some crazy theories.  Is he gonna look for revenge against Raiden? Is he still gonna follow the goal of Dead Cell? Is he a Patriot spy? Or working for Oceliquid? Is some big plot twist gonna occur that may make him fight alongside Snake? And most importantly: Is he gonna die? |

Good question, in the cut script of SOL, he seemed to be a sleeper agent of the Patriots. Also something I figured out the other day. Their might be some slight connection between Big Boss and Vamp, or atleast, a connection between Big Boss and Snake. What I'm getting at is, Big Boss is afraid of Vampires, heres another theory. Is Snake himself too afraid? He had a clear shot at Vamp on the oil fence, he could of taken his head off at 30 feet but he never fired. But I guess that's how the game had to be so YOU take him out instead of the computer doing it.

Haha, thats the only way he can die I guess, since bullets don't do crap to him. If he is indeed working for the Patriots, then probably they'll send him too to stop Liquid... and *gasp* Solid. Take out two bird with one stone.  |

I'm talking about the document of MGS2 script that was cut. Man I would of agree with him if I had my copy still, my friend matt snapped it have due to how I told him that MGS2 Solid Snake looks like a Megadeath fan. Vamp as a Patriot can work...getting diced up by Raiden can work if only you could use him or some very tight camera shots/ninja vs vampire happens; omg a new trend...Ninjas vs Vampires...too bad Ninja(Raiden) vs Pirate(Snake from the 1st trailer) would never happen...you think? |

I knew that we were missing a character in the trailers!
But i couldnt remember who.
Cause last year they showed us shinkiwaka drawings of the main characters and Vamp was in there but i completely forgot.

Man, you guys read FAR more into some MG quotes than you should.
It's really not a sub plot or hint. The reason why Vamp recognized the smell was NOT due to him knowing Solid Snake, but rather Solidus instead. Snake and Solidus are clones, genetic twins. Hence Vamp recognized the sent. Why do you think Fortune started searching the Big Shell for Snake all of a sudden? Vamp recognized the smell, understood it was Solid Snake and told her. It's really that simple.
