Okay, where exactly do I hear this? I read somewhere it was after the first fight with him when you jump into the caves, but I read you have to call EVA immediately after, but when I do she talks about if Snake is okay and how dark the cave is and what not. I tried calling repeatedly but I only get her telling her how close she is to Volgin, to look for a torch and to head north. I haven't gone any further into the cave because I saved at the beginning of the Ocelot fight so I could go back if neccessary. Please, let me know!

Actually cordell............ thats a load of bullsh*t. There isn't any conversation in the game of that sort.

Yes there is. You have to keep calling her as you are walking around the cave. Eventually she tells you about Ocelot being the son of a legendary soldier, hence his preferential tretment in the Russian military and a high rank at an early age.
