There is no new thing. Here's a tip: don't browse the froums at GameFaqs. GameStop, 1-Up, IGN or any other mainstream game site. They're usually just full of crap that people desperate for attention make up.
And it's brew-ha-ha.

They are re-releaseing MGO in japan with a manual nothing new just an easier way to get it then buying subsistence.

What people over there are referring to as MGO 2 is probably the version of MGO that will be out with Metal Gear Solid 4. Kojima has stated that Subsistence's MGO is just the beta to MGS4's alpha.
