Yeah, it's true, and some may already know this. Kojima have stated that The Boss is based on Charlotte Rampling's looks. Below I tried to find two images of the two that were somewhat similar, but it didn't go so well. But keep an open mind and you should see the resemblance.
Now, since they've done this once, they could very well do it twice. Now I' saw a movie with this chick, okay, and I almost yelled "NAOMI HUNTER!" It was spot on. Now, I looked up the name of the actress and then an image of Nomi Hunter from MGS4. Again, it didn't go too well. But some similarities should me made out. Though remember, I'm not implying that Kojima based the new Nomi on the actress' looks, no. But deep down I feel that they are too alike for it to be a coincident. And besides, guess what. Both this actress and Charlotte are french, and this woman has even starred in a JAMES BOND MOVIE! He he, anyways, just look at the pictures below...
