You think we will ever hear mention of any of the characters again, I always liked some of the other characters stories. I think its a pity we havn't heard Petrovich Madnars name again as he was originally Metal Gears designer.

I doubt that would happen in MGS4, but Portable Ops may show his younger self. He's old in MG1 and 2, so he may be a young guy in Portable Ops.

I really love this game. I played it years ago, and now I played it for the first time on a teve thanks to Subsistence. Great move of Kojima to include them, but frankly, almost a bit late.

It feels weird when playing it all the similar situations to MGS 1, The Plot, the story pacing, The Hind D and alot of the Boss Battles are pretty much 2d versions of that game, still a hell of alot of fun though.

The layout as well. Ever seen the picture of Zanzibar's layout inside the Zanzibarland control room (red room with two guards patrolling)? Look at it, it's got the same layout in the same order they're presented in MGS
