i doubt it would be expensive because it uses currently exsisting technology(i think) and your standard powerlines, so installation wont be a issue neither would be the price.

Trust me, it WILL be expensive. They can make a lightbulb that doesn't burn out for fifty years, but there's no money in that. Planned obsolescence is a big thing with corporations. Power line interenet WILL be expensive until all the other companies have it. And then you wil still have to pay for a tech to come by and install it, and they'll charge you for different speeds, etc. No way will it be affordable, or available everywhere for a while.
