It's a tie between Ep III Anakin & Obi-Wan and Ep VI Vader and Luke. Both of them were really well done and very epic parts of the storyline. I honestly thought Ep I was just a bit to drawn out and predictable.

Episode VI, Luke VS Darth Vader! That duel impressed me the most.

Obi-Wan vs. General Grievious!! It was way cool I tell you. Or rather Grievious' damn nice saberspinnin'. Greivous was a little too sloppy and was defeated a bit too easily for me. |

Yeah, it did look cool. But the battle was too one-sided to be my favorite. Greivous had 3 more lightsabers than Obi-Wan, and still got his ass handed to him.

ROTJ has always been my favorite (battle, not film), and ROTS didn't change that - too flashy for me, I guess. ROTJ was just good, old-fashioned raw emotion, ESPECIALLY after Vader's "sister" comment.

Come on now...Episode 5's lightsaber between Luke and Vader was unforgetable. I mean thats the duel that is both amazing and reveals the ultimate twist ever...."Luke "I" am your father" "NOOOOOO!!". And Luke takes one more step to becoming his father...he loses his hand.
How can any even say anything is better.
