No, I'm still here. There's still a lot of content that has to be updated, and more people need to return to the forums. Until then, I need to quench my forum thirst here for a while.

Well, ever since The Soup came back up, it seems the forums have not. There seems to be no activity on them.
On top of it all, Metal Gear Net seems not to work anymore either. Well, the forum anyway. The site is still there (with a year and half of no updates) but the forums are down.
Soup - questionable
Confidential - suspended
Snake Hole - dead
MGN - no updates, dead forum
The Metal Gear community is shaky at best now.

Technically, the soup isnt quite back up yet. it's all just kind of a stand in.
There is a talk that one of the soup members might buy it from Ravi, and Ravi is ignore it alltogether. All rumors though.
Plus, the forum is screwy anyway.

I think the old members of the Soup have just moved on. I know that most of us got e-mails announcing it's return, but a lot were leaving just beforehand anyway. Hell, I almost left myself after I became a mod, but I promised Ravi that I'd stay until the end.

Man, If I only had photoshop......Oh well, I guess I'm not meant to make web sites that have high hits everyday.... I didn't have PhotoShop, and my site had gained quite a following all just WYSIWYG html and pictures I stole from various websites, before I retired it forever. |
