8-)As we grow up there are people or characters that we see as heros. Sometimes it's family, but this one is about the media.

Pick your hero, and tell us why he or she were your childhood hero.

What can I say... Even to this day, at 24 years of age, when I see him, I feel like a kid again. There is a part of me that still likes to cheer for a hero, and that's what he always was in my eyes.

This guy was a hero of mine when I was a kid. He was one of the greatest quarterbacks ever to live. He set a sh*tload of records, and still holds them today. Never switched teams. Never won a super bowl. He was a man of loyalty and integrity.

Peyton Manning surpassed one of his records last year, but I digress from the topic.

My heroes are Schwarzenegger, Frank Herbert, Kojima, and Muhammed Ali. I am constantly inspired by these people. I love Ali's fearless and brazen approach, his seemingly arrogant confidence and unshakable character. Schwarzenegger as we all know is as charismatic as all get-out and no matter what always gives me the impression that he is sturdy and in control, like he's always got the upper hand in any situation. Plus his accomplishments and how he came to be who he is are inspiring. Frank Herbert, the author of the Dune series of books is the most intelligent and in-depth writer I've experienced. He is so introspective and as a writer I can never hope to be as good as him in his approach to the philosophical and sociological thoughts he puts forth.

Kojima is a no-brainer. A model of creativity and hard work.

I have to say Lars Ulrich...

I always looked up to him since I was 9 years old, he showed me that the human body can train on almost everything. You just need to try as hard as you can. Ulrich is one of the top 20th best drummers of the world and almost a pro at tennis as a child. That guy can play the drums for almost 3 hours long! And the way he thinks is just amazing! ;D

I guess he's my biggest hero, next to the men and women ho saved our buts in WW2.
