now i know your gonna think it was [creepy little bastard], but idk who did it, i go to my forum, and alot has changed, some settings were changed, almost all of the security log was gone, someone hacked my email, does anyone now how to get the security log back? theres only a few things on it, if i got it back i could see who did it

E*****o is a member at your forum right? No wonder it's been hacked. If you can explain to me what a security log is I can might help you.

bascially tells everything that has been changed on the forum, but, i doubt it was him, we have some other member that was causing problems, and threatened to screw things up on the forum, now my forum is locked out just like this one so no one may enter without a username

i did ban the guy, 4 times already, now members need approval, and yes he is a regular member, but, he doesnt really have reason to hack, im not defending him, just i have no proof

Well, he hacked the sh*t out of us, you think that's not enough proof? Don't trust that guy one bit, always suspect him. Whatever happens. I'm afraid I can't really help you. Try asking Proboards, but I'm afraid they won't help you to.  |

thanks though, just gotta wait and see, and is it me, or the proboards help board like messed up? has like 1 member in the list, whatever happens to them, screws all the forums up, so maybe thats it or no = /

I tried sending them an email about the situation we had with the hacking, and they didn't even wrote an email back. And the Proboards Help board is ready to go to the dump to.

for my first forum i considered using invision, but i prefered proboards, because this was like the first proboard i seen and i like the things you can do with the rankings, if another proboard type forum thing comes out im gonna take it, dont start a forum program and dont help your users = /

There are plenty of other Forum programs who have a ten times better help service then Proboards. If you found a one please PM me.  |

oh believe me i will, i mean, version 4 is alot better then 3, but their are SO MANY bugs in it, when i frist got it, said there was 22 users online, im like, my forum isnt that popular, but those guys over at proboards better get their act together, but anyway, im gonna be watching my forum like a hawk to see if anyone trys anything
