It's kinda strange looking at the world of video games today, almost makes me feel old. I mean, most of the gamers that came aboard with the current consoles don't even know some of the old classics. Think about it. They may know about Snake Eater, but MGS1? And you can't even find that game in stores anymore. In another couple of years MGS1 will be a relic. And I remember when it was THE sh*t! It's strange how time just passes by... 1998 and it's already 2006. Where the hell did the time go?
Personally, I have a feeling that this will be my last run with the game generations. I will stay through the PS3/Xbox 360 era, but I doubt I'll make the jump to the next one. Games to me are just not as fun anymore. They all got so long and complex that a lot of the fun is just lost now.

Hmmmm, I watching a special on the news where they surveyed the students of a local high school. More than half of the school said they don't play video games because they've gotten old. I guess you'll have to stop playing sooner or later.
