Yesterday, my connection to the forum went out. I was typing a PM to DK and when I posted it said: Page Cannot Be Found. I tried using a remote desktop connection, and it worked, only it said You Are Banned From The Forums (It always does that with a remote connection.) What the hell happened?

Don't know. I haven't seen any problems. From time to time the Proboards maybe down for maintenance, that's about it. Must be something on your end.

SO uh... WTF is a remote desktop connection? A remote desktop connection is like for example, if you use a computer at work need to access your files on your desktop, you can use a remote desktop connection that puts your work desktop over yours, to access said files. Don't know. I haven't seen any problems. From time to time the Proboards maybe down for maintenance, that's about it. Must be something on your end. Must have been. I fidgeted around with my connection settings a little. I even tried taking out the power outlet plugs to my router and my modem and plug them back in. After that it worked. |
