Does anyone know if death threats are a crime in the states of California and Washington? I've received a few and they didn't bother me at the time, but I've been kinda paranoid lately. I know who the f...cker is, so I'd like to have him arrested if possible.

Well after about 5 minutes looking through a California Law Archive, I learned that if he threatens you, and you actually get spooked (or pretend too, not that they know...) , they might put him in as a suspect or put something in on his record.
