I downloaded a new torrentProg and it says my IP is blocked and that I need to set up NAT crap, I decided to get a different program but I have a question, does anyone here know how I can un-limit my download speeds?

Sounds like you were having a port-forwarding issue. You can read up all about port-forwarding on Wikipedia, as it gets pretty complex.
