There have been rumors of it being released sometime in March, but nothing official. I have been looking all over the net for a release date or a price, but nothing solid and official.

Yep, nothing official. Although Sony is aiming for a Spring release. Only time will tell.

Originally they were hoping to release it in the spring time, however, in later press conferences they said that the PS3 could be released as late as 2007. I doubt the PS3 will be released in the first two quarters of this year, there has been very little word on an actual release date, and if one existed, you bet we would know about it.

it would make sence for a 2007 release that is a 2007 release in the PAL countries.
The first wave of PS3 will come out in USA and Japan in Q3 2006 then he PS3 will come out like Q2 2007 in All other countries.
Im fine waiting untill 2007 because i wont get a dodgey release date console like a V1.0 or somthing.

Wall Street expects the PS3 to ship in November...........but what the hell does Wall Street know...........alot about stocks and.......predictions..........GASP! Does this mean.......they are right? We'll see. Whenever the PS3 will have an official release date and a price. God I wish E3 06 would come sooner.

The longer the better, not to pull of any 360 bugs and problems. Not saying PS3 should come out by 3001 -_-

Kotaku (gaming blog) says that based on a "well placed mole," the PS3 is coming out around Fall 06. I've watched a presentation about the PS3 during CES. The Sony representative said nothing new, basically talking smack. But he did say the "The PS3 will be a large pillar of Sony's growth in 2006."

...Or it's down fall...I HOPE NOT FOR MGS4  I have some info with Blue Cell and marketing for the PS3. BTW can anyone tell me if the case with the Blue Ray is nearly a vertect so we can get a "golden" date? |
